Hotel Fees
The hotel fee has been negotiated to $254 per night. That includes the resort fee but not the taxes. This fee also includes a complimentary fully cooked breakfast in the mornings. Also, a complimentary evening reception as well. All hotel rooms for our booking are either ocean front or ocean view.
When booking your room, if you need to adjust your dates of arrival or departure, please click "Edit Stay" at the top right of the page. Located just above the picture of the hotel.
Overnight Self-Parking is $18 per night.
Banquet
The Annual Ervin Family Dinner Banquet will be held on Saturday June 20, 2026. We respectfully request everyone to dress up for this sit-down dinner occasion.
Registration
We have set up the ability to pay for your family reunion registration online. All you have to do is click on the register now button and that will take you to another page. At the bottom of page you click on select seats. A screen will then pop up and you can select a circle. Please note these are not assigned seats for banquet or any other event. We just used this platform to make registration easier.
Also, I want to inform you that you can also select your Ervin Family Reunion T Shirt online as well. Once you have paid for registration please go to the T Shirt tab, follow the prompts and drop downs. add the t shirts to the cart and check out. Anyone who registers for the reunion will receive a free T Shirt and gift bag. Anyone who does not register for reunion your shirt is $20 for adults and $15 for kids. You will need to order your shirt online before the event. At check out for registration there is a service fee of less than 5 dollars per registration. There is nothing I can do to change this, my apologies about this. Please note T Shirt color and style is subject to change.
